Our second Impact Report

It’s that time where we take a look back at the previous year and create our Impact Report. Now that we’re B Corp certified, this becomes more important to hold us accountable to reporting on on our progress in this space.

Similarly to the last time we went through this process, this provides invaluable ‘thinking time’. It’s all too easy to become wrapped up in the day-to-day in our industry. Creating this report provides us with the moments of reflection required to ensure the future actions we are taking are driving us in the right direction as a company.

2023 was a busy year for us as a team and with this came growth, both from a team and revenue point of view. We want to ensure we’re growing sustainably and strategically.

This report captures a lot of information and gives an insight into how we are acting as an organisation to ensure we’re meeting the targets we are setting ourselves.
