Pragmatiq is a Microsoft Gold Partner, specialising in Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. They help companies improve their customer relationships, increase employee productivity and enhance efficiency.

The challenge

Pragmatiq were looking to completely overhaul their visual identity and website.

The site would be the first port of call for prospective clients. It was therefore essential that we position Pragmatiq as a thought leader in this space.

The work

We created a brand that better reflected the direction of the company. The concept explored themes of forward movement through innovation and problem solving.

The website redesign was underpinned by a discovery phase that sought to understand the users needs and business goals.  We wanted to showcase the range of Pragmatiq’s expertise across a range of industries and technologies.

The site was built with a focus on performance, SEO and Content Management System usability. Using WordPress, we were able to provide a user friendly CMS that was focussed on the requirements of the business. The Pragmatiq team can now easily manage site content and navigation, as well as creating bespoke lead generation forms using a drag and drop form builder.

After relaunching the site, we’ve seen performance improvements using GT Metrix. The site has gone from a D rating to an A. This will be monitored over time and an ongoing support agreement, allowing us to remain on hand to resolve any issues.
